OpenCorporates is subject to the UK General Data Protection Regulation ("UK GDPR").

We aim to be an accurate reflection of the public record, especially company registers, and we always make it clear where and when we obtained the information.

Before submitting this request please read our Public Records Policy.

If you have concerns around your safety, identity theft, or your information should be removed under specific legislation relating to your occupation, please contact the appropriate company registry to remove/redact the information at source from the official public record. This is important given that OpenCorporates is only one of a large number of data providers and other organisations who process company public records. Should a company register or other public data source remove/redact information for these reasons, we will update the OpenCorporates record in a timely manner once we've been informed.

We note that we do not block Google or other search engines from indexing OpenCorporates, as doing so would reduce access to data making it less discoverable. Google and other search engines are ultimately responsible for what they do and do not index and display on their sites. The information you supply in this form will only be used for the purpose of identifying the appropriate data and responding to your request.

At least one OpenCorporates URL must be listed to uniquely identify the records relevant to your request on OpenCorporates database.

URLs must be listed in one of these two formats.
